Welcome

Welcome to the website of the Lymphoedema Support Network.

Lymphoedema is an abnormal collection of lymphatic fluid that causes swelling, mostly in the arms and legs and occasionally in other parts of the body. If left untreated, the swelling can become extreme and cause pain, disfigurement, and impede ability to use the affected limb(s).

We are the main support network within New Zealand for people affected by primary and secondary lymphoedema.

Go to our About Lymphoedema page if you would like to learn more about this condition. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
